國貿大樓介紹
台北世界貿易中心(TWTC)國際貿易大樓(ITB)位於台北市信義區，為一幢地上三十四層、地下三層之鋼骨結構建築物，係由我國政府與民間工商界共同籌畫推動興建，為台北世貿中心之一環，以租賃方式提供現代化辦公室空間予經貿有關之公私機構設置營運據點。
國貿大樓是一座設計創新的多功能自動化辦公大樓，防災、保全、電訊網路系統齊全，建築設計美觀、內部管理完善；各層樓面格局方正，四面環窗、採光良好，承租戶可依需要做空間上的彈性調整，並享有僅28%的超低公設比，實用空間寬廣符合經濟效益，是最適合企業人士進駐的優質環境。
國貿大樓管理團隊近年來銳意更新各項軟硬體，用心傾聽租戶的需求與聲音，為租戶提供人性化無微不至的服務。更投資超過新台幣四億五千萬元，陸續更新各項硬體設備，包括更新中央空調系統、現代化洗手間設備、美輪美奐的停車場及醫療級紫外線殺菌系統，確保空氣品質；邇來並進行大樓外牆夜景燈光效果與周邊園藝美化工程，致力為大樓租戶提供更舒適與現代化的辦公環境。
About TWTC International Trade Building
Situated in Taipei’s Xin Yi district, the Taipei World Trade Center (TWTC) International Trade Building (ITB) is a modern-structured SRC tower with 34 floors and 3 underground floors. ITB was a BOT case by the Taipei City Government to provide modern office space to accommodate trade-related government and private business needs.
ITB is a multi-functional automated office building with renovated design. Complete with fire-fighting facilities, security and electronic wire service. It has a beautiful outline and award-winning management. ITB enjoys minimal 28% public facility and provide tenants with the flexibility to arrange for office space from 38 to 740 pings.
Recent years, ITB management team is devoted to upgrading its hardware and software and is dedicated with heart to listen to tenant’s needs. We are committed to providing the maximum tender care and highest standard of service. Besides, we also invested over US 15 million dollars in major renovations. Including central air-conditioning system, state-of-the-art restrooms, totally renovated parking lot and medical-level ultraviolet air filter facilities to guarantee fresh air in the building. Most recently, we redesigned the outlook with LED night light show and beautified outside garden to make it and even pleasant working environment for all our tenants.
