2018年的ITB志工日主題訂為「因為有你」，並以拼圖為意象作為主視覺人生就像拼圖，永遠在尋找少掉的那一塊，對於弱勢的家庭而言更是如此。
不知不覺中，本公司自96年起投入公益服務迄今屆滿十一年，已服務超過2600名小朋友及家庭。今年的ITB志工日，不同於以往的是這次活動特別邀請駐台北土耳其貿易辦事處代表及代表夫人一同參與並分享土耳其風俗民情及趣味又美味的土耳其冰淇淋等。他們充滿知識性與愛的互動，讓遠從台中、苗栗及新竹前來世貿聯誼社的大小朋友都感受到滿滿的溫暖。
特別令人感動的是，同仁們與小朋友的互動，竟然能讓小朋友們永遠銘記在心中。有一位，曾經參與過國貿志工日的顧同學，這一次特別回來與我們見面。顧同學提到，一直記著當年服務她的同仁，當時給她的鼓勵與關懷一直陪伴著她成長並且幫助她考上了心目中的理想學校。國貿ITB志工日能得到如此回饋，是我們最大的圓滿。
失親兒基金會長年致力於關懷弱勢家庭及兒童，讓小朋友們能在他們的庇護下逐漸成長、茁壯，而ITB的志工同仁們也放下工作的忙碌與嚴肅，陪伴這些青春無敵的小朋友。我們因為有你/妳而圓滿，因為有你/妳而完整。
